Cancellation and refund policies
In accordance with Law No. 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, by making an online reservation the passenger accepts the following conditions:
- All reservations must be paid 100% at the time of online purchase
- Cancellations must be requested in writing
Refunds according to notice period:
- More than 7 days in advance: 100% refund, minus administrative costs and payment processing fees.
- Between 3 and 7 days beRefunds according to notice period:fore the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: no refund.
If the agency cancels the activity due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or force majeure, the passenger may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund, as applicable.

All reservations made through our platform require payment of 100% of the tour price at the time of purchase, which guarantees the spot on the selected date.
Cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to the following deadlines:
- Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid, minus administrative costs and/or payment platform fees.
- Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: no refunds.
The agency reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to weather, safety, operational reasons, or force majeure. In these cases, the passenger may choose to reschedule the tour or request a full refund.
National park entrance fees and third-party services may be subject to their own policies and may be non-refundable
Private Tours or Premium Experiences
Cancellation Policy – Private / Premium Tours
Due to the exclusive planning required for private tours, the following conditions apply:
- 100% online payment at the time of booking.
- Cancellations more than 10 days in advance: 100% refund.
- Cancellations between 5 and 10 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations with less than 5 days’ notice, date changes, or no-show: no refund.
In the event of cancellation by the agency due to safety reasons or force majeure, the passenger may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
