Star Gazing Tour

We invite you to enjoy a unique experience under one of the clearest skies in the world. We depart between 8:00 and 9:00 PM (depending on the season) towards Poconche, an area free from light pollution. Accompanied by an expert guide and using professional telescopes, we will explore star clusters, planets, constellations, and the breathtaking Milky Way. You will also have the opportunity to participate in personal and group astrophotography sessions to capture unforgettable memories of the cosmos. We’ll end the night with a cocktail under the stars and a comfortable return to your hotel. A cosmic experience you can’t miss.

Three-hour tour. We pick up passengers at their respective hotels between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We head south of San Pedro de Atacama, to the Poconche area, where there is no light pollution. There, accompanied by a specialist guide, we will observe star clusters, planets, constellations, and the Milky Way through astronomical telescopes set up for us. After this, we will have a personal and group astrophotography session. Finally, we will have a cocktail, and to conclude, we will drop the passengers back at their hotels.

Certified guide by Sernatur, multilingual skills: Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and English. Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicle authorized under Decree 80 for passenger transport. For groups over 12 passengers, an assistant guide is included for better group management. Cocktail with fruits, sweet and savory snacks, juices, water, and pisco sour. Entrance fee included.
