Ancestral Trekking with a Llama Caravan

This tour lasts approximately 2 hours and is conducted in groups of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people. Available departure times are 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Transfers to and from the hotel can be included.

The experience begins with a 15-minute introduction about the history of the llama, explaining its behavior and feeding system. Then, a 45-minute walk takes place through the dunes area, during which each participant will guide a llama.

Next, participants take part in an ancestral ceremony of gratitude to the earth—a moment of deep connection with nature that culminates with a hand-washing ritual, symbolizing purification and respect.

The tour concludes with a traditional native song and an Andean snack, where you can enjoy typical flavors of the region.
